Definitions

Activation

A referred user completes KYC and receives their first paycheck settled through Offramp.

Content Bounty

A one-time payment to the Creator, triggered when the Creator’s agreed content is published and confirmed live by Offramp.

Referral Code

A unique link or code (e.g., offramp.xyz/r/[name]) attributed to the Creator for tracking referrals.

Creator Partner Tag

A backend designation that elevates the Creator’s referral reward rate to $15 USD per Activation.

Program Overview

The Creator Partner Program is an upgraded referral arrangement. The Creator receives:

• A Content Bounty (one-time, amount confirmed at enrollment) paid after their content goes live.
• $15 USD per Activation through the Creator’s Referral Code, paid instantly when each Activation occurs.
• No ongoing content obligations beyond the initial agreed post.

Content Bounty

• The bounty amount is confirmed in writing before the Creator publishes.
• Payment is triggered when Offramp confirms the content is live.
• Payment is made to the Creator’s Offramp account.
• The bounty is non-refundable once the content has been published.

Referral Rewards

• The Creator earns $15 USD for each Activation attributed to their Referral Code.
• Payment is instant — deposited to the Creator’s Offramp account the moment an Activation occurs.
• There is no cap on referral earnings.
• Attribution is tracked via the Creator’s unique Referral Code across install, KYC, and first settlement.
• The elevated $15 rate applies for as long as the Creator holds the Creator Partner Tag.

Content Requirements

• The Creator publishes one piece of content in their chosen format (video, post, thread, newsletter, podcast, etc.).
• The content must include the Creator’s Referral Code or link.
• The Creator must include appropriate disclosure as required by their country and platform (e.g., #ad, #publicidad, #publi, #parceria).
• The Creator must not claim “instant” settlement — use “minutes” or the actual settlement time.
• The Creator must not disparage competitors — state settlement times factually, let the comparison speak for itself.
• The Creator must not make promises about features that are not currently live.

What Offramp Provides

• Early access to the instant settlement feature.
• A unique Referral Code with full-funnel attribution.
• Brand assets (logo, screenshots, settlement recordings, talking points).
• The Content Bounty and referral rewards as described above.

No Exclusivity

The Creator may recommend, review, or partner with any other platform, including direct competitors. Offramp does not require exclusivity at any tier.

Termination

• Either party may end the arrangement at any time, for any reason, by written notice (DM or email).
• If the Creator has already published content, the Content Bounty remains non-refundable.
• Referral rewards for Activations that occur after termination are still paid — the Referral Code remains active unless the Creator requests its removal.
• Offramp may remove the Creator Partner Tag (reverting to the standard $10 referral rate) upon termination.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Offramp is a financial product. The Creator is not a financial advisor and must not present themselves as one.
• Offramp makes no guarantees about the number of Activations or referral earnings the Creator will receive.
• Settlement times may vary. If Offramp experiences service disruptions affecting settlement speed, the Creator will be notified promptly.
• The Creator is responsible for compliance with their local tax obligations on all payments received.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
