Referral Program Terms
Effective June 1, 2026
The Offramp Referral Program lets eligible users (“Referrers”) invite friends, colleagues, or other new users (“Referrals”) to try Offramp’s services. Once the referral requirements are met, both the Referrer and the Referral may become eligible to receive a referral reward.
By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms, along with Offramp’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
1.Eligibility
The Program is open to both existing Offramp users (“Referrers”) and new users (“Referrals”), subject to the following conditions:
- a.Referrers must have an active Offramp account in good standing.
- b.Referrers must not have been previously suspended or restricted for fraud or compliance-related reasons.
- c.Referrals must be new users who have not previously signed up for Offramp.
- d.Referrals must successfully complete KYC verification.
- e.All participants must comply with Offramp’s applicable policies and requirements.
Offramp reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for participation in the Program at its sole discretion.
2.How the program works
- a.Referrers share their unique referral link or code with friends, colleagues, or other eligible users.
- b.Referrals sign up for Offramp using the valid referral link or code.
- c.To qualify, the Referral must complete a payout transaction of at least USD 100 within 30 days of signing up.
- d.The transaction must be successfully processed and settled.
Once all program requirements are met, both the Referrer and the Referral may become eligible to receive referral rewards.
3.Referral reward structure
- a.Reward Amount: USD 10 for both the Referrer and the Referral.
- b.Rewards will be issued only if:
- The referral is verified as valid.
- The Referral completes a qualifying payout transaction of at least USD 100. - The payout comes from an approved third-party platform.
- The transaction is successfully processed, legitimate, non-reversible, and not flagged for suspicious or prohibited activity.
- c.Reward Timing
- Rewards are credited after payout settlement
- Processing may still be subject to internal reviews and verification checks d. Reward Limits
- Referrers can earn rewards for up to 100 successful referrals, unless Offramp states otherwise.
- Additional limits or restrictions may apply at Offramp’s discretion.
- Each Referral can only qualify for a referral reward one time.
- e.Reward Attribution Window
- Referral attribution is valid for 30 days from the first referral link click
- If multiple referral links are used, the first valid referral link clicked will be the one applied.
- f.Reward Conditions
- Referral rewards will be credited directly to the user’s Offramp balance. - Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- Rewards are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated
- Offramp may reverse or remove rewards that were issued in error or obtained in violation of applicable policies or program terms.
4.Qualifying transactions
To qualify for the rewards:
- a.The qualifying payout transaction must be at least USD 100.
- b.The payout must come from one of Offramp’s approved third-party platforms, including:
Fiverr Workspace
Freelancer
Toptal
Upwork
Deel
Oyster HR
Rippling Payment
Patreon
Offramp may update the list of qualifying platforms at any time.
5.Prohibited conduct
Participants must not
- a.Refer themselves or create multiple accounts
- b.Use shared devices, IPs, or coordinated behavior to simulate referrals
- c.Share accounts or manipulate identities.
- d.Create artificial, manufactured, or circular transactions.
- e.Misrepresent Offramp or the Program
- f.Send spam or unsolicited referral messages
- g.Create fake, duplicate, or synthetic identities
- h.Violate referral requirements
- i.Distribute referral links or codes through paid advertising, spam, automated methods, misleading promotions, or coupon/referral listing websites without prior written approval from Offramp. The use of the Offramp brand in any paid online or offline advertising is strictly prohibited
- j.Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Program in any way
Offramp reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or claw back any rewards and, in serious cases, to suspend or terminate accounts where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified. Certain actions (including delays, restrictions, or refusals) may be taken without detailed explanation where required or permitted by applicable law.
6.Anti-fraud, monitoring, and compliance
All referral activities are subject to the following:
- a.Ongoing monitoring
- b.Screening
- c.Fraud detection and prevention controls
Offramp may delay, withhold, or revoke rewards where:
- a.Additional verification is neede
- b.Activity is deemed high-risk or inconsistent with expected behavior
- c.There is suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violation
While all determinations are made at Offramp’s sole discretion, participants may be notified and given an opportunity to provide information or raise a dispute where appropriate.
7.Communication
Users may receive notifications relating to:
- a.Referral sign-ups
- b.Reward eligibility and issuance
- c.Program reminders
Sending of communications is not guaranteed and may be subject to user settings or system limitations.
8.Changes and termination
Offramp reserves the right to:
- a.Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- b.Change reward amounts, program conditions, or eligibility requirements.
- c.Limit participation for any user or jurisdiction
By continuing to participate in the Program, users acknowledge and accept any updated Terms that may apply.
9.Limitation of liability and earning guarantee
Offramp is not liable for:
- a.Loss of rewards resulting from ineligibility, delays, or technical issues.
- b.Technical interruptions, system outages, or unexpected errors.
- c.Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.
- d.Loss or reversal of rewards resulting from disqualification or violations of the Program Terms.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee:
- a.A minimum or fixed amount of earnings.
- b.Continuous availability of rewards
- c.Eligibility for all referrals
10.Governing terms
- a.General Terms of Service
- b.Privacy Policy
- c.Applicable laws and regulations
11.Data protection
Personal data processed in connection with the Referral Program will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
This includes:
- a.Referral attribution tracking (e.g., cookies, device identifiers)
- b.Fraud prevention and compliance monitoring
- c.Communication of referral-related notifications
